In partnership with the Boston Athletic Association, Welcome to our exciting fitness program sign-up! Get ready for a FREE three-month journey (June 3rd through August 31st) of fun and fitness at the Reggie Lewis State Track Athletic Center, happening five days a week. Signups are ongoing, join anytime!
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: Power up with a mix of cardio and weights at 5pm!
Tuesdays and Thursdays: Find your Zen with Qigong and Tai Chi, perfect for balancing mind, body, and spirit at 7pm!
Our goal? To help you achieve a healthier lifestyle in every way—mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Note: Participants must be 18 years or older.
