Provider Event: Art Therapy Group

Art Therapy is an expressive modality meant to expand the window of communication and self-awareness. Art Therapy groups are for people who experience low self-esteem/self-worth and diminished self-efficacy, causing significant emotional distress. This group can help you conceptualize and integrate skills to build confidence while repairing your relationship with yourself. Group sessions will run every Wednesday from 6 PM until 7 PM.
