Emotionally Intelligent Leadership & Social Justice Immersion

The BEAM Emotionally Intelligent Leadership training provides leaders with a wide range of experience with the necessary tools that help incorporate emotional justice, equity, and wellness into their approach to leadership, as well as their organization’s practices and processes.

NOTE: In order to complete the following certificate, participants must attend all four (4) days of the program, taking place on Thursdays on April 18th, 25th, May 2nd, & 9th from 12:00pm – 2:00pm PDT | 3:00 – 5:00pm EDT. In addition, all attendees must complete a post-training evaluation before receiving a certificate of completion.
