The 2024 FINER Symposium

The 2024 Finer Symposium is open to women (ages 18+) and girls (ages 13-17). This is a FREE event for all participants. Registration is required as space is limited.*
Join us on Saturday, March 2nd, 2024, for The Finer Symposium, our third annual women’s wellness symposium! The purpose of this event is to promote wellness within the Black and Brown female community through interactive workshops, hands-on experiences, and networking opportunities – all in the realm of wellness, which encompasses mental, physical, emotional, and financial well-being. Statistics have shown that women, in particular, Black and Brown women, are at a distinct disadvantage in these key areas. The Finer Woman Symposium seeks to address some of the systemic barriers to wellness that disproportionately affect marginalized communities like our target audience.
The theme for this year is The Extraordinary Power of S.H.E., which calls for Zetas worldwide to advocate for Social, Health and Economic Justice for women at home and abroad. In that vein, this year’s workshops will focus on social, health, and economic wellness. Furthermore, we decided to include young women because adolescence is a crucial period for developing the social and emotional habits that will form the basis of their lifelong health.
