The Mindful Self

“Mindful Self“ is a workshop curated to guide beings through mindful practices that can be brought home and integrated into daily life. Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment. It’s activating the senses—observation of self and environment.

These practices come with many wonderful benefits.

Including:

•Regulating emotions

•Reduces stress & anxiety symptoms

•Enhances focus

•Better sleep

•Increased self-awareness

•Ability to cope with difficult emotions

•Less reactive emotional state. Bringing you into a more clear-headed and grounded state of being to respond to frustrating interactions with others and self.

It has changed my life for the better and my mission is to be able to share this with others, as a way to help them discover the keys to a feel-good lifestyle.

Mindfulness is one powerful healing tool for this journey of life.

You’ll be led through guided meditation, reflection, journaling, and open discussion. We will ground ourselves into the space. and end with a closing ceremony practice.
