TREAT Y0URSELF: Flow & Meditate

This class is for those who seek an interest in flowing through a series of poses and then coming into a meditative state. I guide us through a meditation that I have written. Each meditation has a theme or topic and once completed you’ll have reflection time. In this time you may journal, draw, or sink back into your meditation. Once reflection time is over, we end with a few stretches to wake the body back up and close out practice. Feel free to discuss what came up for you if you feel called to chat after class. In meditation, there’s also room for choice as I share that sitting in lotus pose or criss-cross isn’t the only way to come into a meditative state. We recognize everyone’s different modalities and offer chairs, cushions, blankets, and the option to lay down if that suits you better on that particular day! Again beginners are welcome!
