WHAT ABOUT DAD Support Group/Workshop

As Above Wellness invites you to the WHAT ABOUT DAD support group/workshop series! A “supp-shop” It was designed with the intention to create a space in the postpartum conversation that is inclusive of Fathers! Throughout 8 weeks, we will have deep discussions, provide mutual support and advice, review relevant literature/media, gain skills, resources, and confidence to embrace the postpartum stage. We will incorporate therapeutic exercises, grounding techniques, and educational content. Please note that space is limited! This is a virtual workshop.
