Hi! I am Karland Barrett and I founded 3R Massages LLC in 2016 and rebranded on 2022 to 3 Body Wellness. 3 Body Wellness is a Black-owned, Massage and Wellness Company providing transformational care that supports clients to bridge the connection between the body and mind in order to identify what physical, emotional or energetic traumas and stresses may be impacting the way the body functions.  

As a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, I have always and continued to have a passion for service to my community. I developed 3 Body Wellness as a way to engage with and meet people of color where they are on their self care journey and help facilitate developing greater awareness of themselves by continuously addressing fear based responses to pain, trauma, and stresses that people face, hold onto, and often experience in the form of limitations to function.

I believe in the power of education and learning (experiential and academic). One of the goals of 3 Body Wellness LLC is the development of individual awareness as the gateway to learning the tools and practices that support growth towards conscious creation of new, healthier, and more self-serving patterns..
