4 Corners Yoga Wellness is a Black woman owned yoga studio that promotes a safe, affordable, accessible, culturally affirming, trauma informed, space, where everyBODY is welcome. We nurture a thriving healing community with both virtual and community in-person pop-up yoga classes, health, wellness classes and events. Led by diverse teachers, committed to walking alongside you on your wellness journey. Our goal is to share with the community and others, ways in which we can be proactive in mitigating disease and ailments, through the practice and take care of our body, mind and spirit. In so doing, we have the tools with which to use and impact our overall well-being.
