I am a licensed mental health clinician, based in Massachusetts. I currently provide telehealth services to individuals from adolescent through adulthood, from various cultural backgrounds. I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing issues with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, grief, self-esteem issues, relationship concerns, and life transitions.

I see therapy as a collaborative process and am honored each time clients trust me to walk alongside them in their respective healing journeys. I am a passionate person-centered therapist who seeks to make mental health services accessible and welcoming to all, especially BIPOC communities.

I utilize an individualized, strengths-based approach that often incorporates aspects of motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, CBT, Brainspotting, mindfulness/meditation, trauma-informed yoga, and relational work, with both transparency and warmth.
