I bring a youthful and authentic energy to the world of social work, always staying true to my unique personality. As a passionate social work expert, lecturer, and the proud owner of a thriving private practice in the dynamic Metro Boston area, I offer a distinct perspective on addressing a wide array of societal challenges.

As a Black woman, I have experienced life through a unique lens, and I’m dedicated to amplifying diverse voices and perspectives. My unwavering belief in transformation through self-care, positive thinking, and memorable experiences fuels my journey.  My mission goes beyond mental health; I aim to challenge prevailing narratives, break down stigmas, and prioritize wellness and lifestyle changes that impact not only individual lives but entire communities.

At Drop a Jewel With Malaka, we’re on a mission to Educate, Heal, Enhance, and Transform individuals and communities through various channels, including, therapy, candid discussions in our podcast, interactive workshops, expertise consultations, and empowering mentorship coaching programs.
