My name is Bridget.  I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker.  I provide Parent Support, Student support and offer peer support groups.  Through these services I assist youth and families with navigating the resources available in the community to best meet their needs.  I work with parents to understand educational rights and processes for requesting special education evaluations and services for children that are not making sufficient academic progress.  I also work with high school students to complete CV, school applications and more to further their educational and professional experiences.  Groups hosted by Just Dream Inc, provide a safe space for youth or adults to connect, learn and have a good time.
