I am a queer Black therapist who specializes in racial identity and the treatment of racial trauma of Black & women of color in professional environments. Together we’ll develop coping skills when anxiety shows up at work, improve self-esteem to reduce workplace stress, & create healthy boundaries to limit the impact of racial trauma.
