My therapeutic philosophy is both collaborative and holistic. My clients are the driving force behind every therapy session. I view therapy as a collaboration between my clients and myself. My greatest goal is to empower my client with the ability to enrich their quality of life, and problems solving skills. I also believe in the holistic approach to therapy. I believe successful therapy needs to encompass the body, mind, and spirit.  It is my greatest pleasure to accompany my clients in their therapeutic journey and to help them discover their true selves. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds and have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and adjustment disorders.
