About

Hi I’m ShaQuan Read.  I created Rooted In Breath Wellness because  I wanted to create a space that allow me to reach more people the folks who are seeking support.

I’m a Licensed Psychotherapist, Trauma Informed Yoga Practitioner, and a Wellness coach. My mission is to help BIPOC women learn to not only survive their lives but also to thrive in liberation and abundance.  I want to help you  enjoy each moment of your life,  no longer putting off caring for yourself until the weekend or until your next vacation.  I want to help you make clear the barriers getting in your way, so you can live fully in the moment today and every day.
