About

In 2012 Yera fell in love with the Healing Arts.  Soon after she became a reiki practitioner and began her first 200 hour yoga teacher training.

Since then she has trained in the following modalities:

Restorative and Yin Yoga

Meditation

Breathwork

Thai Bodywork

Birth Work

Somatic Experiencing

Her greatest desire is to offer a space for connection, ease and support in your journey. All of the modalities Yera practices are within the breathe, heal, love vision which essentially translates to breath, body(mind) and spirit.

Integrating the three is her holistic approach to supporting and embodying harmony within.
