Working with me is like building a personal resource kit to process pain while creating more capacity to move through the inevitable challenges of everyday life, and experiencing more joy as a result.

Private sessions available throughout the week for Somatic Experiencing, Breathwork, Restorative + Yin Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, and/or Thai Yoga Bodywork. I offer sliding scale options for folks who are in need, no questions asked. It is always an honor to share space in the name of health, harmony and healing.
